Returns Policy

Please inform us as soon as reasonably possible, within 7 days of receipt if the item is damaged. Any damaged item must be returned to Snug. within a further 7 days at which time we will, where possible send a replacement. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund of the original price paid.

If you need to contact us or report a damaged item, please use the details on our contact page and include the following details:- full name, delivery address, item, delivery note/invoice number.

All products sold on this site are subject to the distance selling regulations. For non-faulty items you have the right to cancel your order, within 7 working days of receipt of goods

However if an order has already been despatched it is up to you to return the goods in the same condition as we sent them. In such circumstances we are not responsible for return postage. Snug. reserves the right to refuse a returned item and a refund if over 7 days.

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags still on the product.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.

Please ensure the returned item is in the original packaging and includes all relevant items/accessories it came with, as well as the delivery documentation, or a copy of.

We would ask that you please notify us of any return via e-mail to allow us to deal with your request.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
